About Insurance Chiropractors are "primary portal of entry" doctors. This means that, except in the case of the most restrictive HMOs, patients come to us directly, without the need for a referral from another provider. Most all insurances have a chiropractic benefit. At 4700 Chiropractic, we accept any and all insurances for which our patients may have coverage. We will do the paperwork and process the claims, and we accept assignment of benefits for those carriers which pay providers directly. There is a wide variation between the levels of chiropractic benefits offered by carriers. Our policy is to verify the exact benefit so that there is full understanding and agreement regarding financial responsibilities at the outset of care. In keeping with our overarching commitment to service, we strive to make our care accessible and affordable to everyone who seeks our services. |
